7 books all kids must read before Christmas

It is easily the happiest time of the year for kids as they deck up the Christmas tree, hang their stockings, and wear their beautiful Christmas hats!
As our kids prepare themselves for an awesome end to the year and a brilliant New Year, we have a few books that they could read to get into the holiday spirit even more! Here are 7 Christmas books each kid must read before Christmas!

1. How the Grinch Stole Christmas – Dr. Seuss

We have read it and it is only fair that our kids do too! It teaches kids to look past just the gifts and adore the love, togetherness, and kindness that this festival signifies.

2. The Night Before Christmas – Clement C. Moore

You could get the illustrated version of this poem and have a recital with your kids. Reading poems out loud is a fun way to spend a cold evening together.

This emotional book teaches about the power of friendship and the magic that this beautiful festival brings into our lives. It made us cry so, grab a few tissues before you get started. 

Oh, what do we say about this book! No one’s Christmas is complete without this one. It is a story of the redemption and the power of love.

5. The Snowman – Raymond Briggs
